We process this data to allow enable you to register for any Seminar provided by JoyRideCoaching/Yana Mileva.  Additionally, this information might be shared with other participants from the same Seminar (and only the same seminar) you have signed up for, to allow you to connect with fellow participants to practice and exchange information regarding the seminar you have signed up for.  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent un-authorized access.

Sensitive Data
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

Für deine Akasha-Chronik Lesung werden deine eigenen Chroniken (= Aufzeichnungen) mit einem heiligen Gebet geöffnet. Durch deine Fragestellung entfaltet sich ein Dialog, der persönliche Informationen aus diesen tiefgründigen Dimensionen hervorbringen kann. Diese Informationen dienen dazu, dich in deiner seelischen und menschlichen Entwicklung zu begleiten, zu unterstützen, zu führen und dich und dein Leben in Balance zu bringen.
Es kann sein, dass du Zugang zu Informationen aus vergangenen Leben erhältst, wenn diese für deine gegenwärtige Lage von Bedeutung sind. Die Lehrer und Meister der Akasha-Chronik werden dir helfen, die unerwünschten Muster und Blockaden zu überkommen, die dich daran hindern, dein ganzes Potential auszuschöpfen – das Potential deiner Entwicklung, der Lebensfreude, der Harmonie – aber auch das Potential, das dein Lebensweg in sich birgt.
Gemäß deines freien Willens kannst du, zusammen mit den göttlichen Energien, die du während der Lesung empfängst, Entscheidungen treffen, Anpassungen vornehmen und deine Selbstheilungskräfte aktivieren. Du wirst eine tiefgreifende Auswirkung auf der Seelenebene fühlen.

1.2  Personenbezogene Daten
Die bei der Anmeldung zum Akasha-Chronik Seminar angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten (u.a. Name, Anschrift, Telefonnummer, Bankdaten), die allein zum Zwecke der Durchführung der entstehenden Seminaranmeldung notwendig und erforderlich sind, werden auf Grundlage gesetzlicher Bestimmungen erhoben.

2.    Freiwilligkeit der Einverständniserklärung
Für jede darüber hinausgehende Nutzung der o.g. Daten und die Erhebung zusätzlicher Informationen bedarf es der Einwilligung des Betroffenen. Eine solche Einwilligung kannst du im folgenden Abschnitt freiwillig erteilen.

3.    Einwilligung in die Datenerhebung und -nutzung
Vor-Ort-Seminare:
Ich willige ein, dass im Rahmen des Akasha-Chronik Seminares Gruppenfotos und Videoaufnahmen außerhalb des eigentlichen Seminarablaufs gemacht und geteilt werden dürfen. (Z.B. Testimonials, Pausenaktivitäten, Stimmungsbilder)
 
Persönliche Lesungen:
Ich willige ein, dass im Rahmen von Akasha-Chronik Lesungen und des Akasha-Chronik Seminares persönliche Informationen durch Fragen in Rahmen eines Dialoges mit den Lehrern und anderen Interessenten geteilt werden dürfen.
 
Internet Seminare:
Ich willige ein, dass im Rahmen des Internet Akasha-Chronik Seminares persönliche Informationen aufgezeichnet werden können und von Akasha Chronik INC geteilt werden können.

Ich verstehe und bestätige, dass ich mit der Akasha Chronik Level 1 – 4 Ausbildung und dem Akasha Chronik Seminar für Fortgeschrittene zum Akasha Chronik Leser, nicht aber zum Akasha Chronik Lehrer, ausgebildet werde. Ich bestätige weiterhin, dass ich das gesamte Akasha Chronik Seminar Material, das ich während der Ausbildung erhalte, vertraulich behandle und nicht an andere weiterleite.
Mit jegliche Abweichung von dieser Bestätigung mache ich mich hiermit strafbar.

4.     Belehrung über die Rechte des Betroffenen

B.   Belehrung über die Art der Lesung
Während einer Akasha-Chronik Lesung und eines Akasha-Chronik Seminares werden keine Diagnosen gestellt. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass eine Akasha-Chronik Lesung keinen Besuch bei einem Arzt oder Heilpraktiker ersetzt. Zusätzlich bestätige ich, dass ich bei psychischer Gesundheit bin und bin mir  im Klaren, dass die Verantwortung  für all meine Entscheidungen ausschließlich  bei mir liegt.

Mit der Anmeldung eines jeden Seminares bestätige ich, dass ich die oben angegebene Einverständniserklärung gelesen und verstanden habe. Zusätzlich  erkläre mich mit dem Inhalt einverstanden und werde allen Angaben berücksichtigen und  befolgen.
