Please come prepared for your session:

Prepare a list of a few questions, which you would like to discuss.
No-show or cancellations: I know that life comes sometimes in between, but if we allow too much freedom to our subconscious, it might try to sabotage us if it feels that our actions might change our current “comfortable” state. So for your benefit I have the following rule in pace: an appointment can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge within 24 hours before the session; for a no-show at the agreed time, 50% of the reading’s price will be charged.
Plan around 60 minutes for the reading – you need time for yourself to re-think the received information after the session, before you jump back into your life.
Have a good sleep before the session; do not drink alcohol or take recreational drugs up to 24 hours before the session – you need to be in best condition, in order to receive the messages from the Records.
Bring something to record any information you receive. Example: Notebook, pen or blank tape. You may want to look back over the information you receive.
